Encrypted everywhere
All traffic uses HTTPS. Data is encrypted at rest by our cloud providers, Cloudflare and Amazon Web Services.
Isolated per business
Every record belongs to one organisation, and every request is checked so one business can never see another's data.
Protected sign-in
Passwords are stored as salted one-way hashes. Accounts lock temporarily after repeated wrong passwords, and suspicious traffic is throttled.
Nightly off-site backups
The whole database is copied every night to separate, encrypted storage in Sydney and kept for 90 days.
Point-in-time recovery
Changes are journalled continuously, so the database can be restored to any minute in the last 7 days.
Roles & permissions
Admin, staff, technician and read-only roles. Only admins manage users and settings.
Your data belongs to you
Export your asset register and full test history to CSV at any time. We don't sell your data or use it for anything other than running the service for you.
