Coming soonTest & tag

Built around AS/NZS 3760.

KeptSimple records the inspections and tests set out in the Standard, applies sensible defaults for intervals and limits, and lets you adjust everything to match the current edition and your procedures.

What gets recorded

A complete record for every item

Each test captures who tested the item, with which instrument, when, and every reading — so you can show exactly what was done if anyone asks.

The right interval for every environment

Set the environment on a site and every new item there inherits its interval. Override it per item when you need to. Defaults are modelled on Table 4 of AS/NZS 3760 and can be changed.

  • Next due date calculated on every test
  • Overdue and due-soon items highlighted everywhere
  • Change an interval and due dates update automatically

Tag colours

Seasonal colour-coding, recorded for you

On construction and mining sites, tags follow the AS/NZS 3012 colour code so anyone can see at a glance whether an item is current. KeptSimple records the colour with each test.
