The service
KeptSimple CRM is provided by KeptSimple as an online subscription service. We may improve and change features over time.
Your account
- Keep your sign-in details secure and tell us promptly about any unauthorised use.
- You are responsible for the people you give access to and the information they enter.
Your data
You own the records you enter. You grant us permission to store and process them only to provide the service to you. You can export your records at any time.
Professional responsibility
KeptSimple CRM helps you record and manage inspection and testing. It does not replace the knowledge, judgement and obligations of a competent person. Default limits and intervals are provided for convenience; you are responsible for confirming they match the current Standards, regulations and your procedures.
Fees
After any free trial, subscriptions are billed monthly in Australian dollars.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service, attempt to access other customers' data, or interfere with its security or availability.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to re-supplying the service or refunding fees paid for the affected period.
